At Shaz & Shine, we aim to deliver your orders safely, quickly, and smoothly. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.


1. Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed:

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours (business days only).

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

You will receive a confirmation email/SMS once your order has been successfully placed.


2. Delivery Time Within Pakistan

Our standard delivery timeline is:

  • 3 to 7 business days for major cities

  • 5 to 10 business days for smaller cities, towns, or remote areas

Delivery times may vary due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Courier delays

  • High-volume sale events

We always strive to deliver as quickly as possible.


3. Shipping Charges

Shipping fee varies based on your location and product weight.

  • Standard shipping: Rs. 150–250 (based on courier)

  • Free shipping on special promotions or minimum-order campaigns (when applicable)

Shipping cost will be shown at checkout.


4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan.

To avoid delays, please ensure:

  • Your mobile number is active

  • Address details are complete and accurate

  • Someone is available to receive the parcel at delivery time


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped:

  • You will receive a tracking number via SMS/WhatsApp/email

  • You can track your parcel on the courier’s official website

If tracking information doesn’t update, it usually appears within 24–48 hours.


6. Delivery Attempts

Couriers will attempt delivery 2 times.

If the parcel is:

  • Not received

  • Phone switched off

  • Wrong address

  • Customer unavailable

The order may be returned to us.
A re-shipment fee may apply for re-delivery.


7. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Do not accept the parcel

  • Take clear photos/videos

  • Contact us immediately

We will arrange a replacement or solution based on our Return & Product Check Policy.


8. International Shipping

Currently, Shaz & Shine ships only within Pakistan.
International shipping will be added soon.


9. Address Change After Order

Address changes can only be made before dispatch.

If your order has already been shipped, we cannot modify the address.
